Rob_Mobile This is an office building called Chadwick house www.mepc.com/birchwoodpark/Availability/ChadwickHouse.aspx
It is the old engineering building of the ROF factory that was here. ROF Risley. that is what most of Birchwood is built on.

Let me know if you require any more information on the subject as i have done a lot of research.
