Warming up on the usual track and then climbing to Leivi, in a forest

Starting from Lavagna we follow the Entella river up to cross the Old Bridge in Carasco, then climb to Levi in asphalt road and in Selaschi we start the trip in the forest. Sometime the track becomes very narrow and dangerous.
