This is the daily commute. Starting in North Shields and ending in Blyth. It is then repeated in reverse to go home
Mainly on wagon ways with a small amount of single track, farm track and road cycling.
Please note that the time listed here includes a few extended stops due to my slower cycling partner who I meet half way round and who is never ready on time! (nathj07)
