Eine absolute Topadresse, das wahrscheinlich beste Restaurant auf Sardinien, auch wenn die Fassade des "Gallura" einen eher bescheidenen Eindruck abgibt. Rita Denza ist die Chefin und Meisterin ihres Fachs.
